Tile Pulling Away From Wall

Our vinyl flooring is shrinking and pulling away from the walls registers etc.

Marble in the shower is coming loose from the wall. It has shrunk a couple of inches. What can we do to stop this. If the tiles are not glued down correctly they can come loose.

They should also call in a contractor if the wallpaper is pulling away from the wall and if there are cracks at the junction of the wall and the ceiling.
